From: I Am Crack

I'm a Martian
And I'm a goblin
My swagger is the poetry
Swing to get a hit
I'm the swagger
Sweeter than sugar
I put it on like a coat
First name last name
All the same to me
I'm off to sleep
Get off with that notion

Pick it like a toothpick
I'm coming in and robbing them
I get it all for free
I'm the last poet
The best poet alive
Loaded and reloaded
Something I have to understand
Bang it pretty well

The freedom of choice
The freedom of the weapon
Pushing the button
Wishing I wasn't the button
Suicide poems written
Wetter than a kitchen sink
The last DJ spinning
Playing the song I want
Protect my neck
Back on the block again

(First part first published in, "Conceit Magazine")
